The chords are some of the toughgest to hold down. Try transpoing up or down by a half note to a more confortable scale. The chords themselves are simple in construction (majors, minors and dom-7th). The melody is complex and uses both major and minor chords stemming from the same root note. Try singing along or playing along with the track to best guess the strum and chord positions.
