Playings Tips and Song Notes:
The chords are mostly all bar-chords and require some degree of practice to master, though the progression is quite simple. You may transpose it down or up by a semitone to avoid most bar-chords, but then the song would be in an uncommon key though. Try singing along or playing along with the track to best guess the strum and chord positions.

The song is both a martyrs' song and one of the cynosures of the music of the Bengali language movement. This piece is relatively slow and very sombre, and it has to be played in that very spirit, even though, by its time signature, it is a waltz.
